ADVANCED INTERNET SERVICES is the best way to either find or validate your data over the web directly from within ACT!. It allows to connect and send your ACT! data to internet services by simply clicking a button. You may connect to phone directories, map services, search engines, industry directories in a snap. No need to retype any information. Advanced Internet Services makes it easy to collect selected information from these services and update your contacts or create new contacts with its SMART DATA COLLECTOR technology. Simply highlight and click!

Very simple to use

Simply select the internet service you want to connect to (examples of more than 30 services are already pre-sets for US or general use), then click the GO button and Advanced Internet Services will connect you to the service and launch the search.

Expandable: more than 40 examples of internet services connections available

You may add your own Internet Services or download pre-sets from our FTP server as they become available (see our user's manual on this). We already have set up more than 40 examples of pre-sets which allow connecting to internet services around the world.

What is Smart Data Collector?

Once you are connected to the Internet service of your choice, simply highlight the data you want to collect and click one button to open the Smart Data Collector window.

Smart Data Collector will help you parse the selected data into the appropriate ACT! fields with just a few mouse clicks. Then you could either update an existing contact or create a brand new contact in ACT!.
