ResumeGrabber Pro imports resumes from search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc) and Job Boards and transfers them into ACT! or an Excel spreadsheet. It can also screen and shortlist resumes from your existing database, folders and email attachments. The results are displayed in a table/ grid and sorted based on the eligibility criteria specified for candidates and then transferred to ACT!.

It extracts contact details from the resume and creates an ACT! contact. It also attaches the resume to the contact and schedules user defined follow-up activities in ACT! and more...

How does ResumeGrabber work?

Simply highlight the resume source, specify criteria for screening resumes and click on ResumeGrabber. The product will automatically scan through the resumes, intelligently process the information and display only resumes that match your requirement.

ResumeGrabber intelligently extracts Candidate Name, Street, City, State, Zip, Phone, E-mail from the resume. It also extracts any other relevant information such as education, experience, skills, etc,. and enters them into ACT!

The resume is attached to the contact created.
